What does this lip oil do? It’s a nourishing, high-shine lip oil with sugarcane squalane, jojoba, sunflower and sweet almond oils to soften dry lips, plus stable vitamin C and turmeric root oil to brighten the look of dull lips.

Is the vitamin C in it stable? Yes — it’s tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, an oil-soluble form that doesn’t oxidize in a week on a warm shelf like straight ascorbic acid does.

What does it smell like? Sweet orange peel and turmeric root. One tester put it best: “very fresh and bright and turmeric forward.” That was exactly the brief.

Does it feel sticky? No. Squalane and a lightweight ester base give the shine without the tack, so it wears comfortably on its own or over lipstick.
