When will my order arrive?

All orders ship within 1-4 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you're in the US, your order will arrive within 7-10 business days after it ships. If you’re in AK, HI, PR, GU, or a US military base, your order may take an additional 2-4 weeks.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore.

We ship to you via a Standard shipping method with the following carriers:

  • USPS; because of this, we can ship to any address that USPS recognizes. This includes PO Boxes, US territories, and military bases.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.

If you need an address change on your package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your shipping information.
